Return Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and consistent return practices.

Eligibility for Returns

• All returns must include proof of purchase.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
• Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Returns Within 90 Days of Purchase

• Unused products or parts purchased within 90 days of the original purchase date are eligible for return.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  

Returns Between 91 Days and 1 Year

• Unused products or parts purchased more than 90 days but less than 1 year from the original purchase date may be accepted at our discretion.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply.
• The remaining balance, after the restocking fee, will be issued as a credit to the customer’s account.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns Over 1 Year

• Products over one (1) year from the original proof of purchase are not eligible for return, credit, or refund.

Additional Notes

• Credits issued are non-refundable and may be applied toward future purchases only.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-creditable.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
